Job summary

Harc, Inc. in Hartford, CT seeks an IT Support & Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-site technology resource and liaison with Protected Harbor.

You will provide day-to-day end-user support, manage technology assets, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate system and building access. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, you will assist with technology projects, cybersecurity, documentation, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and strong

Qualifications

• Two or more years of end-user or IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Windows environments, devices, and printers.
• Experience using an IT ticketing or service-management system and troubleshooting routine issues.
• Strong communication, customer-service, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
