Harc, Inc. in Hartford, CT seeks an IT Support & Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-site technology resource and liaison with Protected Harbor.

This role provides day-to-day end-user support and assists with technology projects and cybersecurity. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, you will manage technology assets, onboarding/offboarding, access control, and documentation, while maintaining records and partnering with external IT providers to improve reliability

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Windows, and basic networking.
• Experience with IT ticketing or service-management systems and end-user troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site end-user support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate technology issues through to resolution and manage assets.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access coordination (system/building).
• Support technology projects, cybersecurity, and documentation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with external IT providers.
