Qualifications

• IT leadership with hands-on operations and strategic planning.
• Experience with IT processes, security, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to implement reliable IT controls and documentation.
• Experience with CRM and cloud-based infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the application portfolio (Salesforce, Egnyte, BytePro, GoFundMe Pro, VolunteerHub, Classy, ReStore POS).
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and escalation handling.
• Develop IT procedures, standards, and documentation; ensure security and backups.
• Lead IT staff and coordinate external vendors and service providers.
• Partner with leadership to align technology with organizational goals.
• Provide hands-on support for complex, organization-wide issues.
• Maintain cybersecurity practices, access controls, and incident response.
