Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead technology strategy, security, and operations for a mid-sized nonprofit. You will balance hands-on support with team leadership, prioritizing projects and coordinating with vendors.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, 3+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Salesforce, M365, Azure/AWS, and security best practices. On-site in Memphis with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience in roles including systems administration, support, or infrastructure.
• 3+ years in leadership/management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with identity management (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the application portfolio (Salesforce, Egnyte, BytePro, GoFundMe Pro, VolunteerHub, Classy, ReStore POS).
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery across HFHGM.
• Establish IT processes, service standards, documentation, and escalation protocols.
• Supervise IT staff and coordinate vendors/service providers.
• Partner with leadership to identify needs and prioritize projects.
• Provide hands-on support for escalated issues and cybersecurity.
• Develop and maintain an IT roadmap and vendor management.
• Coordinate technology projects from needs assessment to post-implementation review.
