All Stars Project, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager in New York to oversee all IT functions, coordinate with a managed services partner, and drive strategic IT initiatives. The hybrid role requires in-person attendance at NYC offices and close collaboration with the COO.

Ideal candidates have extensive IT leadership experience, strong vendor management skills, and a track record of delivering technology projects across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of IT management experience.
• Strong communication with staff, vendors, and partners at all levels.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or large-scale projects.
• Ability to support technology needs across multiple locations.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsabilités

• IT Operations and Vendor Management — serve as the primary internal IT liaison, delivering high-quality internal service.
• Manage the MSP relationship end to end, including contracts, SLAs, performance oversight, escalations, and day-to-day translation between the MSP and staff.
• Monitor MSP performance, provide updates to the COO, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage the technology budget with quarterly outlooks and monthly variance reports.
• Lead IT projects from planning through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Develop staff communications and training for new tools and protocols.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and staff resources for consistent practices.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software and ensure patching.
