Job summary

Wyoming Child & Family Development is seeking a Fiscal Analyst to support the Accounts Payable Department and oversee general accounting functions. Base pay is $17.01/hour, with duties including grant reporting, invoicing, and payroll assistance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with Associate’s degree preferred; experience with QuickBooks and financial software is a plus. Candidates must pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with general accounting, accounts payable, and record keeping is preferred.
• Must be able to work with families and children birth through age 5.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties for grants, month-end financials, and budgets.
• Enter invoice information into the accounting system and process cash receipts.
• Manage and report fixed assets and Medicaid billing.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure costs are properly allocated.
• Assist with payroll proofing and payroll-related tasks.
• Coordinate travel requests and maintain financial records as needed.
