Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting duties and assist Accounts Payable with timely financial operations.
  • Compile monthly/quarterly grant reports, board reports, and center budgets.
  • Process invoices, cash receipts, and deposits; manage fixed assets and In-kind reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and account balances; support payroll proofreading and travel requests.
  • Assist with payroll, procurement, and financial software training for staff.
