Job summary

Project Weber/RENEW seeks an accounting professional to manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and nonprofit financial reporting. You will oversee timesheets, payroll allocations, and expense tracking, ensuring quality documentation for invoices and grant reports.

Collaborate with leadership to reconcile donations, manage vendor payments, and monitor benefit invoices while supervising the bookkeeper to maintain accurate accounting records.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of employees' timesheets and payroll allocations.
• Assist with electronic tracking payroll system for employee timesheets.
• Execute bi-weekly payroll run.
• Manage allocation of receipts, expenses, and other financial data into accounting system.
• Provide documentation for monthly invoices and grant reports to partners and accounts payable.
• Monitor and reconcile donations by project/program area.
• Track employee advances and client housing payments.
• Coordinate with Development Director to track in-kind donations.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices (health, dental, vision, life, retirement).
• Monitor and track contracts and grants.
