Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years accounting experience; nonprofit preferred.
• Experience with fund accounting and restricted funds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and month-end closing entries.
• Process payroll and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Track grants and ensure donor restrictions compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support audits and tax filings (1099s, 990).
