• Thought leadership in the marketing technology space via presentations, white papers, or industry events.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and customer success to deliver solutions.
• Enterprise Specialist Solution Engineer experience for a CRM company or similar technology.
• Strong data-driven solution design and high-level architecture skills.
• Background in nonprofit management and awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent presentation abilities and storytelling to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative problem solver who can lead and prioritize in dynamic environments.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
