Job summary

Forty Carrots Family Center in Sarasota, FL seeks a Development Administrator to coordinate multiple databases, manage data, analyze reports, and support donor acknowledgements and fund reporting. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of nonprofit experience; Salesforce or fundraising software knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of post high school education and experience.
• 3+ years nonprofit experience.
• Knowledge of SalesForce and/or fundraising software preferred.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes across databases and software platforms.
• Data management, analysis and interpretation of reports.
• Donor acknowledgement and assist with fund reporting and reconciliations.
• Oversee and coordinate the annual online fundraising auction.
