Job summary

NeighborHealth Center, Inc. is seeking a Donor Database & Development Coordinator to maintain donor data, process gifts, and support fundraising efforts.

You will manage queries, reporting, event records, and grant coordination, collaborating with the Development and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and effective communication with donors, patients, and community partners.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree and three years of database management experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, office work, or clinical settings.
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge or comparable donor database systems.
• Ability to work onsite/hybrid Monday–Friday during 8am–5pm, with occasional hours.
• Ability to work remotely from a home office with secure Internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor database records and ensure data integrity.
• Create queries, exports, mail merges, and reports.
• Coordinate event records, registrations, and online forms.
• Support donor communications and stewardship activities.
• Process donations and manage gift acknowledgments and reporting.
• Support grants submission and reporting calendar.
