Job summary

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Data Coordinator for a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening connections, support networks, and outcomes for children, young people, and families.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cleveland, Ohio, with a combination of remote work, time in the Cleveland office, and occasional work at partner or program locations.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working with databases, data administration, reporting, or a related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and online database systems.
• Experience developing, updating, or maintaining reporting dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with partner sites, and identify solutions when data or information gaps arise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate database records and provide ongoing data support across individual, team, and program needs.
• Conduct real-time quality control reviews, identify missing or inconsistent information, and collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Track quality and program metrics, identify trends, and elevate findings to support continuous quality improvement.
• Assist with program fidelity reviews, data collection, report preparation and review processes.
• Create and maintain reports, presentations, dashboards and supplemental materials for data training and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partner sites, vendors, and contractors while providing responsive, customer-focused data support.
