The Root Agency, LLC. is seeking a part-time Nonprofit Data Project Coordinator to support our hybrid team. This role involves project coordination, client communication, and managing deliverables for nonprofit partners.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Part-time hours from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay range of $26-$30 per hour, plus benefits after a 90-day probation period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience required.
• Must be detail and results-oriented.
• Intermediate experience in Google Sheets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Nonprofit Partner Onboarding and Orientation.
• Coordinates nonprofit partner project timelines and deliverable tracking.
• Provides excellent file management for all deliverables.
