Qualifications

• 3–5 years in nonprofit development operations or CRM data administration
• Strong Salesforce NPSP knowledge and revenue flow understanding
• Experience developing training materials for non-technical staff
• Attention to detail with data quality tools and audits
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standards for revenue-type recordings in CRM with CRM team
• Create and update training materials for staff on data entry and coding
• Monitor data quality and run regular audits across CRM records
• Produce regular revenue-line reporting for markets and national departments
• Coordinate with Finance on reconciliation-adjacent activities without owning financial close
