Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required; combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in Nonprofit is highly preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Controller for designated clients.
• Consult and advise clients on accounting best practices.
• Manage multiple clients, work, and deadlines.
• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and make recommendations.
• Foster opportunities and attend industry events.
• Maintain knowledge of organizational policies and accounting standards.
• Advise management on financial objectives and policies.
