Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Controller for our Non-Profit Services practice in Southern New England, including Quincy, Boston, and Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of relevant accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary financial consultant for clients, preparing financial statements, and advising on best practices. This role offers the opportunity to build client relationships and engage in industry

Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in Nonprofit is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Controller for the designated clients you service.
• Take on the role of consultant and advisor on accounting best practices.
• Provide project management expertise managing multiple clients and deadlines.
• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and make recommendations.
• Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives.
