Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is hiring a Bookkeeper for an on-site role in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain accurate accounting records, ensure QuickBooks is up to date, and support a nonprofit organization across multiple entities.

You will work closely with the Controller, perform monthly reconciliations, prepare statements, and help with documentation. A strong QuickBooks background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Strong QuickBooks experience required.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure QuickBooks remains up to date in real time.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple entities and trust accounts.
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger; assist with quarterly financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Support the Controller with accounting projects and special assignments.
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial documentation across all entities.
