CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP in the Northeast Region is hiring an Audit & Assurance Director or Manager to join CLA's growing practice. This in-office role is based out of Pittsburgh, PA or other East Coast locations, and focuses on nonprofit and regulated industry engagements.

You will lead planning, staffing, and execution of assurance engagements, mentor staff, and ensure engagement letters, budgets, and client communications are managed effectively while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• CPA license certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of the Firm’s nonprofit and other regulated industry engagements as delegated by Principals.
• Lead the engagement process; plan timing, staffing, and execution to deliver value to clients.
• Develop a trained team through recruiting, planning assignments, resolving problems, and evaluating staff performance.
