Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience.
• CPA license certification is required.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.
• Ability to manage engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of nonprofit and other regulated engagements as delegated by Principals.
• Lead engagement planning, staffing decisions, and execution for efficient delivery and client value.
• Direct engagement progress, notify principals of major developments, and present conclusions.
• Develop staff through coaching, planning, and performance evaluations.
