The role requires 6 years of accounting experience, nonprofit experience preferred, and a Bachelor's degree. You will leverage GAAP knowledge and various accounting software to deliver client financial statements and insights.

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience.
• Experience in nonprofit industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; combinations may be accepted.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in listed accounting software packages.

Responsibilities

• Perform Assistant Controller functions for the client's accounting services team.
• Act as a consultant and advisor on accounting and finance engagements.
• Provide project management across multiple clients, work, and deadlines.
• Prepare and analyze client financial statements and make recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, federal/state directives, and standards.
