Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounts payable procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word) and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, verify, and code invoices for timely processing.
• Ensure proper documentation for all approved payments per policies.
• Maintain inter-company schedules and perform GL journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
