Horizon House, Inc. is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Associate to join the Fiscal Division. The role ensures approved payments are processed timely and accurately following agency policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include posting payments, addressing billing concerns, printing checks or electronic payments, and maintaining AP records. A High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of AP experience are required, with strong data entry and computer skills.

Currently, we are seeking full time Accounts Payable Associateto work in our Fiscal Division.
The Accounts Payable Associate will ensure that all approved payments are processed on a timely and accurate basis, in accordance with Agency policies and procedures.
