Count On Us Controller Services is seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager to join our growing team serving nonprofit organizations. This role blends direct client accounting with leadership, financial reporting oversight, and client relationship management.

You'll lead accounting operations for multiple nonprofit clients, contribute to financial statements, and drive process improvements. The position offers remote/hybrid work, competitive salary, and benefits, with opportunities to

Competenze

• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
• Fund accounting and grant tracking knowledge.
• Experience coordinating staff and deadlines.
• Strong US GAAP and financial statement prep skills.

Mansioni

• Lead monthly and annual close with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Oversee nonprofit fund accounting and donor restrictions.
• Coordinate staff, delegate tasks, and meet client deadlines.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for assigned nonprofit clients.
• Improve processes, fund tracking, and internal controls.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll and revenue recognition.
• Support budgets, forecasts, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Client CFO on complex matters.
