Job summary

Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the Finance team across the Fraternity, Title Holding, and Housing Corporation. You will oversee AR/AP, housing finances, reconciliations, and reporting, while driving process improvements and internal controls.

This role requires a strong nonprofit accounting background, 5+ years of experience, and CPA preferred. You will mentor staff, coordinate audits, and ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in accounting or financial management, nonprofit experience ideal.
• Familiarity with fund accounting and nonprofit software (QuickBooks, Blackbaud) essential.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; GAAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR/AP, housing finances, reconciliations, and entity reporting.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with accuracy.
• Develop standardized procedures and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports for all entities.
