Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• Non-profit fund accounting experience preferred.
• CRM software experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare bank deposits and assist with monthly close processes.
• Support budgeting, grants tracking, and reporting activities.
• Create reports using Excel and accounting software as needed.
• Assist with annual audits and maintaining financial records.
