Job summary

United Way of Beaver County is seeking a skilled Accounting and Finance Coordinator to manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting, including donor reports and workplace giving campaigns. The role supports the Executive Director and collaborates with staff to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

The position is full-time and on-site, with responsibilities for payroll processing, monthly statements, and annual audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least two years of nonprofit accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and report on all accounting and finance functions.
• Manage general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, and related reporting.
• Oversee Workplace Giving Campaign and Annual Campaign administration.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and work with the Board Treasurer.
• Coordinate annual audit and ensure auditor has all information.
• Generate reports for United Way Worldwide and grant-related reporting.
• Assist with budget preparation and oversight of bank reconciliations.
