Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting with at least five years of non-profit/grant accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least five years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Non-profit and grant accounting experience preferred; ability to work with Excel and various accounting software.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced accounting duties and complex analyses to support management and ensure fiscal integrity.
• Prepares requisitions, billings and periodic reports to funding sources.
• Maintains the general ledger, journals, variance analysis and month-end close processes.
