Job summary

The Part-Time Accounting Assistant at SWHarvest in Texas will provide essential support to the CFO and executive team. You will assist with donation processing, expense tracking, invoicing, and the preparation of financial reports and records.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3–5 years of administrative support experience.
• Essential: high school diploma; required Bachelor's/Associate degree.
• Experience in nonprofit accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic accounting tasks including donation processing, expense tracking, and invoice management.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records.
• Update and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Monitor compliance with legal and ethical standards and document control.
• Collaborate on special projects and provide administrative and logistical support.
