Your Part-Time Controller LLC (YPTC) is seeking an Accountant for nonprofit organizations to support multiple client engagements, both virtually and on-site, across the Greater Philadelphia area.

The position offers a hybrid work environment and a standard 35-hour work week, with competitive compensation, strong benefits, professional development, and clear growth potential toward a Controller-level role within a mission‑driven firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years in public accounting or industry; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly finances and related analysis.
• Grant tracking and monitoring.
• Cash flow projections and monitoring.
• Preparation for outside audits.
