Job summary

Driscoll seeks a supervisor of non-clinical education to assess learning needs and develop, implement, document and evaluate orientation and talent development. Coordinates activities of non-clinical staff at DHS and supports policy and competency development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years' experience in adult education / training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs non-clinical education and evaluates learning needs.
• Develops, implements and evaluates orientation and talent development programs.
• Coordinates activities of non-clinical staff at DHS and participates in policy/competency development.
• Assists with annual regulatory training events and collaborates with HR on onboarding.
• Travels frequently to DCH RGV and satellite locations to deliver training.
• Maintains training records and ensures documentation meets standards and regulations.
