Responsibilities

• Complete responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Oversee all non-perishable departments (Grocery, Bulk, Vitamins, Frozen, Dairy, Beer and Wine).
• Oversees Receiving operations and ensures compliance with processes.
• Greets customers and maintains positive relations.
• Manage training, performance, and development of department staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation in line with OSHA and company standards.
• Monitor merchandising, pricing, and stock levels to support promotions.
• Handle cash processes and secure store operations.
