Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will oversee perishable and non-perishable departments, ensure safety, labeling, and regulatory compliance, and mentor a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on safety, inventory control, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management/retail preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience with P&L, safety, staffing, promotions, and inventory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately ten people (Department Managers and Receivers) with professionalism and care.
• Drive store sales, customer service, and compliance with safety and company standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, pricing, labeling, and backroom organization.
