All American Home Care, LLC offers full-time and part-time positions.

Caregivers are the heart of our company. Our mission is helping seniors maintain independence in their own homes. This would be impossible without our wonderful Caregivers. We prioritize open and transparent communication with both our Caregivers and Clients, which is key to our success. We value and respect our Caregiving team, encouraging them to practice self-care and spend quality time with loved ones.

Our Approach

• We meet with the Client and family prior to assigning any shifts.
• We will not ask you to work with a client if you are not comfortable.
• We encourage Clients and Caregivers to spend quality time with family, relax, and enjoy life.

As a Caregiver

• You choose to work full-time, part-time, or as needed.
• You set your own schedule and are not pushed to work outside of it.
• Work schedules are posted as early as possible.
• Management meets with the Client and family before shift assignments.
• Office staff introduces Caregivers to new client assignments.
• We want you to be comfortable with your work assignments.
• You will not be constantly working with new clients.
• Information about clients will be provided before you accept an assignment.
• Paid initial training and additional training as needed and desired.

The Work

• Provide companionship, non-medical assistance, personal care, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, etc.
• Work close to home or within your preferred driving distance.
• 24/7 on-call supervisor available for questions or crisis support.
• Reimbursement for work-related mileage.
• Uniforms and PPE provided.
• Paid training provided.

Service Area and Qualifications

• Service areas include Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Putnam, and Van Wert Counties.
• Pay rate is $13.60 per hour, with overtime and major holiday pay.
• Bonuses available.
• Caregivers must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance required.
