All American Home Care, LLC Part-time positions


Looking for a Caregiver who is able to work part-time and on an as-needed basis.

This position is ideal for a housewife with children in school, an empty nester, or someone retired.

Caregivers are the heart of our company. All American Home Care’s mission is helping seniors maintain independence in their own homes. This would be impossible without our wonderful Caregivers. We value open and transparent communication with both our Caregivers and Clients, which is key to our success. We encourage our team to practice self-care and spend quality time with loved ones.

• We meet with Clients and their families prior to assigning any shifts.

• We will not ask you to work with a client if you are not comfortable.

• We promote quality time with family, relaxation, and enjoying life.

As a Caregiver:

  1. You choose to work full-time, part-time, or as needed.
  2. You set your own schedule and are not pushed to work outside of it.
  3. Work schedules are posted as early as possible.
  4. Management meets with the Client and family before assigning any shift.
  5. Our office staff introduces Caregivers to new client assignments.
  6. We want you to be comfortable with your work assignments.
  7. You will not be constantly working with new clients.
  8. Information about clients is provided before you accept an assignment.
  9. Paid initial training and additional training as needed and desired.

The Work:

  1. Provide companionship, non-medical help, personal care, dressing, meals, light housework, etc.
  2. Work close to home or within a willing-to-drive distance.
  3. 24/7 on-call supervisor for questions or crisis support.
  4. Reimbursements for work-related mileage.
  5. Uniforms and PPE provided.
  6. Paid training provided.

Service Area and Qualifications:

  1. We proudly serve Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Putnam, and Van Wert Counties.
  2. Starting pay based on experience, with time and a half for overtime and major holidays.
  3. Bonuses available.
  4. Caregivers must be 18 years or older.
  5. Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  6. Pass a background check and drug test.
  7. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.

If desired, this position can become full-time.
