HCA Healthcare is seeking a Non-Licensed Clinic Supervisor for our Women’s Health Alliance practice. This full-time role provides leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care with a Monday–Friday day shift—no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

The successful candidate will lead clinic operations, supervise staff, help implement clinical plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helps establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
• Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
• Trains, orients and supervises departmental personnel.
• Responsible for work assignments and daily operations.
• May assist with selection, hiring, performance evaluation, promotions, or disciplinary action.
• Resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitors clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies.
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services.

Seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role

• Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
• Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans
• Trains/orients and supervises departmental personnel
• Responsible for work assignments and daily operations
• May assist with selection/hiring, evaluating performance and recommending pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary action
• Resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Helps fiscal management and other administrative staff develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, which may include billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning
• Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to remain within budget
• Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
• Participates in professional development activities to keep current health care trends and practices
• Maintains the strictest confidentiality and privacy

What Qualifications you will need

EDUCATION: No education requirements

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
