Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a RN Clinic Supervisor to lead day-to-day clinic operations in a fast-paced setting. This full-time role supports patient care quality, staff development, and adherence to clinical policies.

Responsibilities include directing clinic staff, implementing goals, coaching personnel, and managing expenditures to stay within budget. Prior supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred, and CPC coding may be required if coding duties are performed.

Qualifications

  • RN is required.
  • CPC coding is a requirement if coding duties are performed.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

  • Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies
  • Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and privacy
  • Performs related work as required

RN Clinic Supervisor

Full time (Monday - Friday, days), No nights, No On-call, no weekends, No holidays

Seeking a RN Clinic Supervisor for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

What Qualifications you will need:
Education
  • Graduate from an accredited school or program in nursing is required
Experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience in medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required. Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred
Certification
  • RN is required. CPC coding is a requirement if coding duties are performed.
