HCA Healthcare's Women's Health Alliance is seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) for our Mesquite, TX clinic. This full-time role provides leadership to ensure high quality, efficient patient care in a supportive team environment.

You will establish goals, supervise staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with medical staff to maintain compliance and patient satisfaction. No nights, weekends, or on-call; education requirements are none.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience in medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Establishes and implements goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the clinic areas.
• Participates in development and implementation of clinical plans.
• Trains, orients and supervises departmental personnel.
• Responsible for work assignments and daily operations.
• May assist with selection/hiring, evaluating performance and recommending pay increases or disciplinary action.
• Resolves problems to ensure regulatory and standards compliance.
• Assists with cost-effective policies and procedures for billing, insurance, purchasing and space planning.
• Monitors clinical expenditures to stay within budget.
• Acts as liaison between clinic and external agencies.
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Participates in professional development to stay current with health care trends.
• Maintains confidentiality and privacy.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays

Seeking a Clinic Supervisor (Non-Licensed) for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• Helps establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinic areas.
• Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans
• Trains/orients and supervises departmental personnel
• Responsible for work assignments and daily operations
• May assist with selection/hiring, evaluating performance and recommending pay increases, promotions, or disciplinary action
• Resolves problems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Helps fiscal management and other administrative staff develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, which may include billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning
• Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to remain within budget
• Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided
• Participates in professional development activities to keep current health care trends and practices
• Maintains the strictest confidentiality and privacy

What Qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION: No education requirements

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of one year of experience in the medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
