HCA Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Manager (Non-Licensed) to lead our medical office operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive efficient, compliant processes. This role partners with medical staff to supervise personnel, manage budgets, billing, and scheduling, and advance clinical plans.

You will establish goals, train staff, monitor performance, and liaise with external agencies while upholding our Code of Conduct and Mission and Value statements. No medical licensure required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of medical office experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduate from a medical assistant program; coursework in office management preferred.
• No license requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement goals, policies, procedures and systems for clinical areas.
• Develop and implement clinical plans.
• Select, train and supervise departmental personnel; assign daily tasks.
• Evaluate performance; manage merit increases and promotions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effective operations.

Seeking aNon-Licensed Clinic Managerfor our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

• Helpsestablish/implement goals,objectives, policies,proceduresand systems for the assigned clinical areas.
• Participates in the development and implementation of clinical plans.
• Selects, trains/orients, and supervises departmental personnel. Responsible for workassignmentsand daily operations.
• Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolves problems in clinical areas and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps fiscal management and other administrativestaffdevelop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, as well as billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections,purchasing, and space planning.
• Monitors and controls clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Serves asa liaisonbetween clinic and external agencies.
• Works with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Participates in professional development activities to keepcurrenthealth care trends and practices.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality.
• Performs related work as required.
• Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.

What Qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION:

• Graduatefrom a recognized training facility for medical assistants, andcourse-workin health care office management are preferred.
• Additionalappropriate experienceas a Medical Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimumof two years of experience in a medical office, acutecare,or clinical outpatient setting isrequired.A minimum of one-yearprevioussupervisory experience in a medical office, acute careor outpatient setting isrequired.
