Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an implementation consultant to analyze current state workflows and design future state processes across hospital or clinic environments. You will coordinate Superuser training, create training plans, and support client teams throughout project rollouts.

Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills are required, along with the ability to travel up to 75% across North America.

Qualifications

• Must hold a registered sonographer credential (Echo and/or Vascular) and hospital/clinic experience.
• 4+ years of recent Echo and/or Vascular sonography experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Willing to travel up to 75% across North America and possibly Canada.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current state workflow analysis; design future state workflow (system and department process).
• Coordinate and provide Superuser application training; ensure trainers can teach client end-users.
• Provide application training and support; document product enhancements and issues during implementations.
• Develop comprehensive training plans.
