Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a technical Project Manager to guide Go-live activities, new clinic deployments, and site implementations. You will lead IT infrastructure delivery for imaging centers and expansion initiatives, while directing a team of Implementation Engineers and providing hands-on leadership when needed.

The role requires traveling onsite several times per month and a proven ability to scale processes, drive accountability, and close execution gaps as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, implementations, or service delivery.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams or implementation resources.
• Proven success supporting multi-site expansion initiatives or large-scale rollout programs.
• Healthcare experience, radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of IT infrastructure and implementation services for new imaging center openings, relocations, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.
• Manage a team of Implementation Engineers and serve as hands-on technical leader during implementations.
• Drive go-live readiness, track progress, and ensure successful deployments across sites.
• Travel onsite several times per month based on go-live schedule.

We are seeking a technical Project manager to assist with Go live, new clinic deployments, and implementation of new sites. They are responsible for leading the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and implementation services for new imaging center openings, relocations, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives across the enterprise. This role manages a team of Implementation Engineers while also serving as a hands‑on technical leader capable of directly supporting implementations when needed.

This role is critical to supporting rapid organizational growth and requires a leader who can scale processes, drive accountability, and step into execution gaps as necessary. They will be required to travel onsite several times per month depending on go live schedule.
