Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a National Installation Specialist to deliver, install, and configure advanced medical imaging equipment (MRI/CT/X-ray/ultrasound) at hospitals and clinics nationwide.

You will work closely with engineering, project management, and clinical teams to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient installations while traveling frequently to customer sites. This role requires strong mechanical skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with teams to ensure customer success.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75%) for installations and training.

Responsibilities

• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment across the United States.
• Perform on-site mechanical installation meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and clinical support teams.
• Support early product launches and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Escalate issues through proper channels to ensure timely resolution.
