Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Non-Food Department and store when designated as manager on duty.
• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register; deposit funds.
• Maintain cash accountability and security practices.
• Train assigned associates in stocking and presentation.
• Oversee scheduling coverage and store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure pricing, signage, and promotional execution per standards.
• Keep inventory accurate and minimize damages and markdowns.
• Provide safe, clean, and customer-focused store environment.
