Aufgaben

• Authorize refunds/overrides and sign for transactions when on duty.
• Maintain cash accountability, key control, and security practices.
• Lead store operations in the Store Manager/Asst Manager absence.
• Assist in training employees in non-food areas and standards.
• Train associates in stocking and presenting non-food products.
• Train in display standards, hourly recovery, and planograms.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and supervise cash handling.
• Monitor performance and follow up on task completion.
• Record non-food markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Support sanitation training and cleaning schedules for non-food areas.
• Execute stores 7-day workflow for stocking standards and Find-Fill-Fix procedures.
• Utilize handhelds for investigations to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
• Organize receiving area and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Maintain pricing integrity, including Was/Now, TRP, Ad signs, and S.T. pricing.
• Support tote inventory management and proper stock rotation.
• Minimize damages, ensure accurate scanning and paperwork.
• Follow security and cash-control procedures during supervision.
• Address customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Maintain daily customer contact to understand expectations.
• Take lead in receiving and handling new merchandise.
• Direct loading/unloading operations and organize staging for new deliveries.
• Direct merchandise according to plan and optimize storeroom space.
