EY is seeking a Risk Technology Consultant to lead Archer-based implementations across enterprise risk management projects for US clients. You will guide projects, design and optimize Archer configurations, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, end-to-end delivery, and adherence to Agile/Safe practices, with opportunities to influence strategic risk and regulatory programs within financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years Archer implementation experience in IRM (GRC) within client consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Proven ability in Complex Problem-Solving and Digital Fluency.
• Leadership and change-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead project implementations and Archer-related work in client consulting.
• Oversee technical aspects of Archer offering and project delivery.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Archer GRC solutions.
