Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years Archer implementation experience in IRM (GRC) in a client setting.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Demonstrated complex problem-solving and digital fluency.
• Leadership and change management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on technical consulting and client-facing experience.
• Expertise with Archer form/layout design, workflows, datafeeds, reports, dashboards, and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-related delivery in a client consulting environment.
• Be SME on Archer GRC solutions and related technologies.
• Ensure deliverables are high quality, on time and provide valued outcomes.
