Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Archer GRC Consultant to join our Risk Technology Consulting team in the United States. You will lead Archer implementations, deliver end-to-end solutions, and act as SME on the Archer platform across IRM/GRC domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant Archer implementation experience in client consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
• Track record of Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Digital Fluency.
• Leadership qualities including Driving Outcomes, Emotional Agility, and Leading Teams.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility, with experience in Managing Change and Negotiation and Influencing.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
• Expertise with Archer form and layout design, field updates, advanced workflow, troubleshooting, datafeeds, reports, dashboards, deployments, and platform upgrades.
• Archer certifications such as Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist/Expert.
• Industry Certifications including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master preferred.
• Maintain certifications and continual progression in developer learning plans.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting technical information.
• Ability to interpret business needs and identify appropriate technical solutions.
• Ability to influence and consult on critical technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leading project implementations and Archer-related thought leadership in a client consulting environment.
• Leading all technical aspects of offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery on the Archer platform.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Archer GRC delivery.
• Ensure technical deliverables are complete, high-quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
