In this role, you will support providers, stakeholders, and internal teams through comprehensive research, issue resolution, communication management, and operational support.You will leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate complex inquiries.You will develop accurate and timely responses while serving as a trusted resource for claims research and provider support.This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills.You will need sound judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple functional areas.

Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving routine to complex inquiries related to claims, provider concerns, and operational procedures.You will utilize subject matter expertise and established resources to determine appropriate resolutions or escalations.Your role involves managing claims research and correspondence workflows while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses.Collaboration with various teams to resolve issues and support initiatives is essential.You will maintain and enhance operational effectiveness by documenting complex issue resolution and identifying process improvement opportunities.Supporting organizational excellence through training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities is part of your mission.You will interpret and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize operational risk.
