Job summary

Chase-Brexton-Health-Care in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Non-Clinical Educator to support planning, organization, and execution of non-clinical education and training programs across the organization.

This full-time role collaborates with Patient Service Coordinators, Call Center staff, Insurance Verification, Eligibility Specialists and Referral Coordinators to implement needs assessments, quality improvement, and new products and technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in a Supervisory/Training role.
• Experience designing and delivering curriculum and training programs.
• Knowledge of evaluating training effects.

Responsibilities
