Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, 3+ years of clinical care, and 2+ years in managed care, plus experience with accreditation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical care experience.
• Two years of experience in a managed care setting.
• Experience with accreditation surveys, regulatory program audits, operational reviews, and clinical audits.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Active, current, unrestricted RN license or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinical operations leaders to identify training needs.
• Develop, maintain, and revise training curricula.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical training programs, including onboarding and annual training.
• Serve as a resource for clinical practice and professional development through coaching and mentoring.
• Act as SME on accreditation and regulatory standards.
